2. Service Description

Consultant.dev Founder Pass ("the Service") provides lifetime access to a regional job platform for freelance and consulting opportunities. Each pass grants access to ONE regional market (United Kingdom, Germany, or Norway) selected at the time of purchase.

The Service includes:

  • Access to job listings integrated from hundreds of job boards
  • Search and filtering functionality
  • Market insights and statistics
  • All future updates and improvements to the selected region

3. Payment Terms

The Founder Pass is a one-time payment for lifetime access. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees. The price is displayed in EUR and includes applicable taxes based on your location.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing the purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any justification.

4.1 Digital Content Exception

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as online services), you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun, provided that:

  • You have given your express prior consent to begin the performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period
  • You have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed

By completing your purchase and checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly agree that Bytelope AB shall begin performance of the Service immediately, and you acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access to the Service has been granted.

4.2 Business Customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. If you are purchasing as a business (with VAT ID), consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to your purchase.

5. Access and Delivery

Access to the Service is granted immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing the platform. The Service is delivered digitally and does not require any physical delivery.

6. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service is operated by Bytelope AB. We commit to providing at least 5 years of service from your purchase date. If the Service is discontinued, we will provide at least 6 months advance notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
